Equipping

The faith community is increasingly called upon by both government and local leaders to support individuals and communities in need. In response, Beyond Faith is dedicated to equipping the faith community, including Houses of Worship, pastors, ministers, lay leaders, denominations, ministries, and faith-based organizations with the tools and resources needed to create positive change and engage in meaningful service.

Providing education to the faith community on establishing and expanding nonprofit organizations or social service programs.

Strengthening the capacity of faith-based nonprofit organizations and Houses of Worship while advocating on their behalf as they develop or manage nonprofit organizations or social service programs.

Fostering awareness of the faith-based community's essential role and contributions in delivering social services.

Promoting understanding of how faith-based organizations can effectively operate and collaborate with secular organizations and stakeholders.

Houses of Worship are often eager to support parishioners with a passion for social ministry. However, many parishioners lack the knowledge or training in nonprofit and social service development necessary for success. To effectively serve those in need, both parishioners and their leaders require more than compassion. Rather, they need the knowledge, tools, and resources to establish and grow impactful social ministries.
